GoWireless/Victra review: Getting credit for iphone

On January 26,2022, I went to GOWIRELESS Verizon store in Mount Vernon OH 43050, to purchase a new phone for myself. The salesperson helped me purchase the new phone. However, in reviewing my wife's and my joint account, he stated that my wife's Apple I Phone 11 Pro Max was eligible for an upgrade. He proceeded to explain that we could trade her phone in for an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and receive a credit on our Verizon account in the amount of $600+. We decided to take the upgrade for her phone. Salesperson took my wife's phone and finished processing her new phone and stated to me the credit would appear on our Verizon statement in a month or so. I waited two months for the credit to appear on our statement and still have not received. I've returned to the store many times over this past year, and they continued to tell me that a credit will appear on our next Verizon statement. They continued to give me the run around. I am at a complete lost on what to do and am in hopes you can help. They state they have no documentation now.
