GoFundMe review: Horrible non existing customer service

I created a gofundme account to buy food here in the us for the homeless cats and dogs after the earthquake in venezuela. After one funds transfer to my individual checking account in a us bank, a "peter" sent an email saying that he needed to get answers before funds can be transferred... 3 emails with the same silly questions that they already have the answers: who is the beneficiary of the funds? Me, are the funds going outside the us? No they are being deposited in my individual us checking account... They already had the answers, they already transferred funds but it is going to be a week arguing only by email, very hopeless and stressful not being able to talk to a human being, but of course they already got pay deducting the chunk from every donation!
I will never again use that company!
