I Darren Horsey am filing a complaint against the Customer Service Reps at Go2 Bank and the Dispute Department and its client reps. I live in Phoenix, AZ my email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone [protected] or [protected]. I am a military retired man who receives a pension from the Department of Veteran Affairs. It is enough to cover my phone bill put gasw in my car and buy some food to go along with my nutrition assistance every month. I am barely getting by on this income that the military gives me for the last 14 years. No this online bank is the dumps. None of the custome suppor reps seem like they know anything from there training, because I have ipened extra accounts upon theiir recommendati, and have done other unecessary account mishaps beause they don't know what or how to do a transfer or is being told that they no longer can do that. Its a farce. Last month I had my debit card utilized without my permission, and they spent 4129 dollars of my money. Uponp noticing this I filed a letter of dispute, so I could get the provisional credit put back in the account and I could make it until the end of the month with food, water, and survial basics of a household. 3 weeks went by and I still wasw callng every other day and being told that nothing had occured in regards to my provisioal credit. So August 6th is when I filed for it, never heard anything about it sitting in my account and that it was approved. Now this account has recently been shut down due to the fact the debit card was unjathorized and used without my knwledge. I was told my this month pension should still go into this same accont, which it did not, it bounced back out to the VA. Now I am suffering with no money at all to pay any bils due to the fract of them closing the account, one says that it is ipen the other says its closed so now I find out its cliosed and m pension is being resubmitted. Today is the 5th and no money ihas been resubmitted yet, and the VA hasn t received it back yeet. So now I am gong on 2 months iwith no bills paid, they shout off my phone already and my internet, and my rent is due, and other billls. I cannot take this anylonger. Misinformation from the bank employees, and no one is right, but I have to sufer without my pension, money that I earned years ago, and now I can;t even expect that to be safe without the bank locking my account or telling me I cannt access the provisional credit now because of the infestigation? It undermines every decent thing about owning an onlinje account, becasse they lock everything up and you will not get your money until they deem it necessary in the name of security and fraud. This is the 3rd mmonth that something has been afowel withmy acount and I need helop this time because I have no food, and its embarrassing a 57 year old man who cannot suppotrt himself because his financial institution has continuted to freeze my account or ship the debit card to the wrong address or lock my account due to suspicious activity, and nothing is more absurd then not having access to what you have earned years ago. Help, someone helpme and have them cut me a check immediately for the 429.00 thats been sitting there for lord knows howlong, and in good faith cut me another to cover my pension so I can go on living and when the new one comes they can keep it, cause I cannot survive out here in the desert with no money because of the representatives mistakes in knowledge of his position

Desired outcome: My desired outcome will be for them to release my refund check for 429 which is the provisional credit they applied to the now restricted account and to issue me a cashiers check for my deposit amount of 1336.00

This bank clearly doesn't care that Mr. Horsey has a limited income that he receives from the Veterans Affairs, and he lives clearly on a low-income status. So no is the answer to withdrawing his provisional credit from the account, and making it available for him as soon as possible considering his bills for the Months of August and September have taken a back seat to other factors, but he is surely aware that these creditors deem it, "well bills must be paid so either get it paid or shut off! And that is the issue here, we have a customer centered Bank supposedly, where the customer is made to feel like it is "all about the customers safety, rights and money, " but Go2 Bank is showing in its stubborn ways that , Its really not about the customer after all and making his life at Go2 Bank pliable, but about "security, " and if its a breach, we can no longer be customer friendly, not even to our most valued customers, like veterans who have a limited income like Mr. Darren Horsey, who ha been going thru the mill with Go2Bank since he signed on some time last September /October, ok its time to show we really do appreciate you and thank you for your service, and Yes, WE CaN and WILL cut you a check for your personal bills so they can get paid, and we will make it right for you no matter what, Mr. Horsey, thank you once again for your service, and keeping your account with Go2Bank through all of this. Sorrry for the hassle, and we will make it right!:" Guranteeed! This is the ultimate goal, that any Corporation or Banking System should follow in regards to veterans, especially veterans and anyone who, has worked and saves money and applies it to our institutions here in the United States. Stop telling people "No, we can't do that and start telling them, Yes, we will find a solution to the issue, and make it work for your good, no matter what!
