Allegation by Holyvinci:
All the above allegations by Mr. Holyvinci is completely wrong, these are the brief description about all the allegations:
1. Allegation : Stealing people's design and work:
We have not stolen any of modules, which were being displayed in our store. All the modules which were in our website all were developed by our developer. All the modules for all the section (OsCommerce, CRE Loaded, Zencart, Prestashop and OpenCart) are developed by our developers only, no any module has been downloaded from any other website.
As, we have received such a notification that some of our modules were seems to be as a duplicate copy as compared to other modules available online, only to verify the situation per module, we have taken our website down. We are verifying that which module seems as a copy of other modules available on-line, after verifying them, we would take them on-line once again.
For information purpose only, i would like to inform about some important point about module development process from our company:
1. We have separate dedicated developers from each and every open source e-commerce platform, on which we work, these are as follows : OsCommerce, CRE Loaded, ZenCart, WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop, Open Cart. We develop modules for all the above mentioned platforms. We not only develop module for each and every separate platforms, but, also provide their services to our client.
2. We are not providing the downloading facility for any module, we provide installation service for them. We install the module on their on-line website as per their requirement. We have our developers working on them.
3. We have not stolen / copied any module from any vendor available on-line. I would like to describe some important issues at this point. If any vendor developers a module, which is for the payment in Common Wealth Bank, in Australia, then, what should be the possible name for that payment module? It must be either CommWeb Payment module, or, Common wealth Payment module. And in configuration for that payment module if details required are Merchant access code, Merchant ID and Merchant Transaction Reference, then in any module from any vendor, all the primary requirement would be same. This must not be considered as duplicacy of any modules available on-line.
4. As we have multiple website on-line available and worked for our clients, we know what is the meaning of Privacy Policy. We have our own privacy policy. We respect the privacy policy of every website. So, all of our operation are according to our privacy policy.
5. We have developed a lot of important modules as per the requirement of our customers. For example, we have developed CommWeb module in prestashop, which is used only for the Australian payment method (Common Wealth Bank only), specially for our Australian customers. We are currently, working on various other important modules (like FedEx) on various open source ecommmerce plateforms.
6. We provide full warranty on our complete product range with 45 days support period. If any module is not working, we refund full payment.
We charge for installing the module on their online ecommerce website, for our services.
Mr. Holyvinci, is doing all these only for the sake of Business Rival. Competition must be healthy, not in such a manner.
I think, this is enough explanation about our services. We are working on our modules, and reviewing all the modules.
Thank You.
Best Regards
