Modular home was poorly built, all components were poorly installed . G&I Homes provided a so called service that bassically speaking did nothing about the issues that the house has .
Buying from G&I Homes was a nightmare, a bad decision.
I had the same experience. G&I Homes products and services have the lowest quality. I wonder how is even possible for a scam like this to be tolerated . The warranty that comes with a G&I Home is even a bigger scam. That should be a lawsuit against a fraud like this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Bought mobile hkme several yrs ago from g and i.Home was poorly built.Inside of one of closets lacked aalls.Kitchen floor had glue spots on it.Workers scratched my front door.Molding around the front door was just snapped in place which rolled off like spagetti first hot day after we took posesstion.I had to get really nasty towards them for them to fix stuff .
I recent bought a double wide from G&I Homes. Huge mistake. Many, many issues and they really don't care. After the sale doesn't matter anymore. They have safety issues in the house that have the house tag on a lock out and they could care less. I have to hire and attorney. This is total bull!

It sounds like this poster has ba personall vendetta against G & I. Not only did he post his original complaint, but he also posted another complaint acting like he was someone else. I have dealt with G & I and had a very positive experience. If you are going to provide this service you should monitor what is posted to avoid this kind of "spamming" of postings.
Mold, windows that don't lock, door opens, leaks in roof damage to ceilings, mud in water, no cabinets, work not done to house, foundation cracked, they dropped the house left it damaged said their not responsible for fixing anything this is G&I home company I would run away from them as fast as u can or u will find out for yourself the aggravating way do they know how government agencies aren't investigating them a different the people they stoll from we have pictures. When we finally got into house which we months later then they promised the first thing my daughter said was this looks like it should be torn down, that's their homes. I believe they write or have someone write any reviews praising them, they are horrible, horrible people and put us still through hell.
