My company posted a job on Craigslist. We received a fake application from a company called GetHired.com. It's one thing to solicit companies with spam, but this company used the job title as the subject and then tried to hoax us into posting a job in exchange for a gift card. Are you serious? How spammy can you get?

I am a recruiter. I post ads for job seekers all the time on all different sites. Well they have approached me on many occasions.
I paid them $25.00 to post an add and create an account with them. About 2 weeks later I began checking for the ad I posted and there was nothing so I called in and asked about it. They said that the transaction did not go through and that's probably the reason I never got a confirmation email. So I said okay and paid the $25.00 al lover again. they said thank you we will be sending you a confirmation letting you know we processed your payment so I said okay well can you let me know before I hang up if it went through I can wait. so the lady says ok give me one second and puts me on hold for literally almost 10 minutes when she got back on the phone she said your payment has gone through so I called back an hour later because I never got the confirmation and the same lady I had spoken to earlier said my payment was never processed so I told her I spoke with you an hour ago and you said it did at that point she hung up in my face!
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! SCAMMERSSS!

They approached me through an ad I posted on craigslit. I applied for a subscription for hiring on a $1.00 trial, my bank paid them, I called, because according to the website payment was not received. I got a customer service Rep by the name of Sonya, who did not offer to escalate the call the first time of the call. She stated it's only $1.00, Well good thing I did not pay for the upgrade.
I called my bank to verify they collected the money, therefore, I called them back and the same Rep picked up the phone. When I questioned if she was the only rep there, she stuttered and then proceeded to tell me she will escalate the call to a supervisor, and told me she had to hang up because she had other calls coming in, she did not sound or behaved professional. As a employer advertising for this company, it sounds to me it a two man show and its a scam.
