When the app was first introduced, Genie9 LTD sold lifetime plans as permanent entitlements. Now they only sell subscriptions, but instead of honoring past lifetime purchases, they revoked mine. This app is account‑dependent, not store‑dependent, so purchases made in one store (Amazon Appstore) should remain valid when downloading from another (Google Play).
I contacted support multiple times with invoices and screenshots, but they refused to restore my purchase. Other users report their expired lifetime plans were reactivated by staff, showing the company can restore but does so inconsistently.
