Gaur Homes review: Illegal Activities & Fraud by Gaursons India Limited 7

I Amit Pradhan, living in Gaur Homes, Govindpuram developed by Gaursons India Limited, they are the builders who want to suck the blood of the owners/tenants residing in the society developed by them.

For instance the problems we are facing in our society are given as below:
1. After getting harassed by the builder, we registered our society under the society act and formed a proper RWA but builder is saying that they will form the RWA in coming future and elect the office bearers. (As per supreme court order builder must complete this activity within six months from the first possession, where as it’s already one and half year is over after first possession).
2. They are not ready to give the expense statements of the money collected by them on the name of maintenance charges from us.
3. As per our contract terms, maintenance charges should be Rs. 1/Sq. ft., but we are paying approx Rs. 1. 35 / Sq ft. to builder and for replacing anything in our homes they use to charged us at actual (Moreover they never provide the bill for the charged item).
4. They use to charge 10.3% service tax on the Maintenance but we never got any bill bearing their service tax number or the bifurcation of maintenance charges (Like electricity consumption + Maintenance charges + Service Tax etc).
5. They never use to show the approved MAP of the society, so that they may do all the illegal constructions in the society. Like they are constructing the flats in stilt floor whereas the same is passed as parking space by GDA (we took out the Xerox of maps from GDA Office under RTI – act). After number of complaints to GDA and concerned authority, but after 4 months of complaint nothing has been done by the authorities also, in RTI they replied “JAANCH JAARI HAI, KARYAWAI KI JAYEGI”.
6. Nearly 500 families are living in the society but fire fighting system is still not installed properly in the society.
7. They charged Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 for covered parking but still their parking is not ready after one and half year of 1st possession (don’t know where they are spending our hard earned money), moreover if we fail to pay them any time they used to charge very hefty amount from us, but not ready to reply on parking issue.
8. As per the National Building Code (NBC) one car parking area must not less than 13.75 Sq. Mtr and one two wheeler parking area must not be less than 1.25 Sq. Mtr, even the same is passed in approved map of the society, but when we enquire with builder they told us that they are providing 91 Sq. ft area for 1 Car + 1 Two Wheeler.
9. They are use to force us to buy the services provided by them (like Tata Sky, Tikona Broadband), they played all sort of games to stop BSNL to enter into the premises (any one can understand what profit they are getting by forcing us to buy the services provided by them). What we know that no one can force us buy any services.
10. Till now the completion certificate and NOC is not obtained by GDA and Fire Safety Officer (FSO) and as per NBC till the completion certificate and NOC from FSO is not obtained building is not fit for possession, but we are forced to live there as it’s a home bought by us from our hard earned mney.
Above all the employees of GaurSons behave with us like they are our bosses, which act as salt on our wounds. If anyone can suggest any help in this matter, so that these matters must reach to the deaf ears of authorities and Gaursons management please let me know. We the residents are ready to welcome the media persons and authorities to visit our society and check the irregularities in our society.

Gaursons India limited is one of the most reputed builders. The company has crafted many states of the art infrastructure in the national capital region. I am living in Gaur City and believe me this is the safest gated property located in NCR. Despite few things, the inside gives you the heavenly experience.

Gaursons is getting more professional as far i have seen. When i got my home in gaur green at that time there were no issues from the residents. And even after couple of years now i see everyone seems satisfied with them. My very good friends they also got their homes in Indirapuram. Supertech, Amrapali. But they still regret their decision. In fact, one of my relatives relocated from Amrapali to Gaurs. That shows the trust and quality Gaurs provides.

In my experience i can say that it was a mixed one. I got my home in GAUR CASCADES in NH-58. I got the possession 2 months later as promised. Though it was not an issue for me because i understand the threshold of possession depends upon various factors. But when i got the full possession, In my early days I also faced a similar problem like Mr. Abhay Bhatnagar. Like wall cracking and damp. It was not everywhere but mainly in kitchen and bathroom area. Perhaps because of the water supply line. Anyways for me it was not expected from them. I filed a complaint against it, But didn't get a prompt response on that. Perhaps it was a festival time so nobody turned up. So i waited for the festival time to get over. And as soon as i was about to give them a call that day in the morning i received a call from their customer care team. That was something i was not expecting. I mean i got impressed by this move from Gaursons. I must say they didn't ignore my complaint and acted upon it as soon as they got available. Anyways based upon the historical discussion they told me to wait for the next day and in next day they sent a surveyor to see the problem and within span of 2 weeks the whole problem got resolved. Firstly it got so messy because the cement had to be pilled off from the wall completely. and then they replaced the broken line. Then the whole process of plaster and painting was done. At last the problem got resolved. Though it took 2 weeks but it was worth waiting for. After resolving this problem for me the name GAURSONS became a brand which cares for its customer. Because whenever it comes to review a brand which is in real estate we always get -ve review about them. And that because, as a customer we are very cautious about our hard earned money. Buying a house is not like buying a mobile. If u find problem in one then you can not replace it with a new one. So thats the reason why we do not always get positive reviews. For me it was a piece of satisfaction but for others there can not be the same experience. There are few things which takes time to get resolved. So one needs to be patience enough. This was my experience. I hope there are more people getting +ve response from Gaursons. It will ultimately helps them to become the trusted brand in NCR.

I bought a flat in Gaur City two months back. I would say that it is becoming fastest emerging residential society of choice. It is having all the facilities under affordable rates at prime location.

This is very unfortunate if anyone faces this type of problem from the builder. We all spent our hard earnings to buy a home for our self and after that if we face this kind of problem that is very painful for us. But luckily I did not faced such issue with Gaursons, i am also living in gaursons's gaur village since 2 years but fortunate to did not face such problem with my flat.

I bought a flat in GAUR GLOBAL VILLAGE GHAZHIABAD ... first of all they did not gave the posesseion even after 3 months of the registry if the flat and started the maintainance charges even before handing over flat to me ... one month of after the posession was handed over ... there were cracks developed all over the flat and paint was shedding from several places and even plaster would fall down even with the touch of a finger ...even the grouting of the tiles was not proper ... ... seems it was a 40 years old flat ...on writing a complaint to the maintainance department ... they said that this is the fault of the site engieer ... and flat would need a complete makeover wherein they will remove the plaster and coat with Gypsum on the walls and then paint will be done again ... also the groutig of nearly all the tiles will be done again... There was huge spaces in between doors and floor ... Electricity switches were not fitted straight ... some were tilting to right and some to left ... overall the construction of quality is extremely poor ... would not recommend anyone to go for GAUR. VERY VERY VERY MUCH ANNOYED ...
