I ordered the Wooden Easter Resurrection Scene from Garines. The company claimed it was handcrafted from 1"-thick olive wood. The pictures on the website show beautifully stained pieces. When I received it, it was made out of 1/4"-thick particle board, with a stamped image on its veneer exterior, a cheap version of what was represented on their website. I requested a refund, sent them photos and a detailed description of why I am dissatisfied, and they claim they see no problem with the product. They offered to refund me $5, or I could mail it back to them for a refund. However, I would have to pay for shipping, which they estimated to be about $35. I purchased this product for $43.98, and was charged $5.99 for shipping on 3-27-22. Also of concern is the fact that the "About Us" page on their website describes "Fansticy.com", from Louisville, KY. My debit card transaction showed "dianyu" as the recipient of the $49.97. The address shown on the "Contact Us" page is for "Hymax Company Limited". The first picture below is from their website. The other three are photos of the product I received.
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: A full refund ($49.97)
