I will never do business with this company again. I agree I did apply for this coverage back in May and a few days later I called to give this coverage to my doctor to only find out that they do not accept this coverage but is a discount program. So I called weeks before the money was to draft from my account to cancel and the money they came out of my account anyways only to call to find out I needed to call the billing department also to cancel but I was never told that from the initial call so they tells me to wait 7-10 business days and the refund would be granted. I waited until the 11th day still no refund so I called and i was being to that my refund is being processed so at that point I called my to dispute the charges not i a fraud dispute now this was in may in July i get a letter from thee bank that the have disputed the charges because I did not cancel my coverage in writing after calling and speaking to multiple of reps I was informed that I did not have to cancel my coverage in the form of a letter. I was advised to send the charge back letter and the letter showing the case was closed on my banks end and I would received my refund within 7-10 business days again and that was 8/05/2019 we are now working on 08/19/2019 and I am still trying to get my refund. At first I was supposed to have had my refund 08/16/19 now they are telling that they need the statement showing that my bank really charged the money back to my account. I was told today once I emailed the statement showing the charge back the refund would be processed today. Now I am being told that the billing department is closed and there is nothing they can do until tomorrow. They have lied about receiving my documents after I was called and told that documents were received and when to expect the refund. I will never do business with them again. They tell the reps to tell you one thing and then when you mentioned to them what you was told they said and then they back paddle.
