the game is full of bugs and glitches that the operators refuse to fix or admit fault and then ban players for breaking made up rules. then have the audacity to accuse players of cheating hacking and blackmailing and acting like hobby dictators. any complains and suggestions posted upon their forum that they may not like are removed and players banned.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After the update is is unknown where the former buttons have been moved. They are gone or ? There is no "information" how they could be found. There is no user manual or something like that. Seems that thru the last update they'll loose the players.
Ive been playing the game for three years now. Its had both its ups and its downs. Some complaints are "legit, " but if you read those complaints..."im a long time player that got 'banned' " ...if the game was so horrible, why did you play it for so long? Yes, some admin were shady, but the old admin team was fired and replaced. The game is now the longest running mmorpg of its type on cell phones...man, the game is so HORRIBLE that you just cant help but play it...
There is an all new admin team, updates have been made, and another update is in the works, the game is improving, the player base is again growing...and I hate the game so much, I'm STILL playing it. If you have any questions, download the game, join Universe 3, and send me a pm in game, my name is Badevil, ill answer your questions, my alliance and I will teach you the game, and you can get just as addicted to this horrible game that has kept me around for 3 years and my friends even longer...
When reading a complaint, if they say they got banned...well, obviously, thats a loaded comment. All you have to do is try it out!
This game is run by narcissist dr. Watson. I raised an issue supplying supporting evidence! He dismissed my findings - and has accused me of publicly announcing cheats in the game - I did not. He then accuses me of spreading rumours, I did not! He can not supply proof or evidence of the things he has accused me of, because they don't exist! He has sent global messages condemning me as a liar! This is not a game anybody of sensitive nature should play! It is very time consuming, highly addictive and at some point if you are not patting dr. Watson over inflated ego, he will twist the truth to suit himself - ruining your gaming! Which in turn is no longer entertaining or fun! I do not recommend this game! And I have supported this free game with real money ingame purchases to the tune of $200 dollars and that is a generous estimate of my spending! The game would benefit from a new management team!
The rules Dr Watson(the admin) tries to enforce are a joke. It's a game of war & conquest, and they want you to do anything to upset the high ranked players, so they make admins out of the cheaters and ban anyone who complains.
Play candy crush and save yourself some wasted time.
Disagree with complaints; yes this game has some bugs but compared to other similar game you use less resources. And you will also get refunded if you have a screenshot when you gotten glitched/hacked.
Those who are crying that this game is stupid, they are just bad at it. Get over it, noobs.
Completely agree. I filed a complaint on the game board, saying that game bugs are NEVER fixed, and they only continue to get worse. If you own an Android phone, you might as well not play, because you have twice as many bugs. Then they tell you to be quiet because its a free game? Well, where the bloody hell is my money going when I purchase 'Dark Matter?' Clearly it's going into a pocket, that does not reinvest into the game. It's simply a scheme to belittle people and to show how 'powerful' the admins are. You complain, they ban you. You argue, they ban you. But when glitches continue to increase and aren't resolved, its our fault for playing a free game? Right.
The game operators are ridiculously rude. They ask players to spend more for fixes and upgrades that never come. I'm a long time player and recently received a ban for simply disagreeing with them. The game has a large volume of bugs that were never fixed and according to admin Watson will not be fixed. They make blanket rules to cover then containing vague descriptions such as, " don't do anything unfair or unethical". It's a game of war and conquest. These blanket terms are being used to suspend account while services are being paid for. The admin team make the game a complete rip off!
