I have been receiving calls from an agent at Furnmart in the collections department due to late payment of monthly fees for products obtained from Furnmart Botswana Station branch from a Mrs. Moeng, who is decidedly rude and unprofessional in her conduct. It seems as if I signed a contract with the above lady and not with Furnmart the store. She calls to berate and ridicule me and threaten to come and extract said goods herself in person. Whilst I acknowledge that payment is late, I do not appreciate receiving calls that ridicule my person, and direct personal attacks against the reasons advanced for delayed payment. In addition, the said agent has resorted to calling simply to hurl her latest insults and then hang up before I am given a chance to respond. Completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional conduct
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

i could not find a site for Namibia so i hope its fine to comment here. in November last year i bought a lounge and tv unit at furn-mart. we have our own insurance so, decided to take of furn-mart's insurance so that the installment can lower. to our surprise that was not the case. at that time we were in Windhoek so we went to pay the lady there ask did not they explain to u how it works? we said no and told them to come and get their stuff. although i made a payment. they came and took the stuff but yet they put me on ITC. can someone please explain to me how this can happen? this is totally unacceptable..
There is a lady at main mall furnmart by the name Matlhodi and this lady doesn't know how to speak to people . she insults me and even hang on the phone whilst taking to me.its like I owe her but I don't know if this is how furnmart do to their customers its really not good.This lady is so rude and I don't think if she is still with this shop I will ever set my foot in there .I tried to talk to her superiors and it seems its just normal .I used to promote this shop but now I REALLY HATE IT.
Indeed i agree. I have not been blessed to have to deal with Tshepo from Furnmart B/hurst Industrial. She is the rudest agent I have had to interact with and should my opinion be of any value, I recommend that she go for a thorough P.R. course. She has on occasions come to my house, harrass my wife and kids and still have the audacity to call me and swing whatever threat comes to her mind. I am unhappy as this is my THIRD account with them and surely feel I deserve a better hand. Something must be done...
Totally agree. The furnmart employees especial at Station Branch are very rude and incompetent.im having a bad experience with them, from the sales person, his supervisor, the carper and the branch manager.
yes it is true i dnt know why the employees of furnmanrt do that to their customers..i never used to buy on hire purchase at furnmart but bought cash even their database can indicate that, until last year..but since then i recieve calls every month of rude employees..Furnmart management have to do sumthing about the situation because many people will choose not to buy from the shop, my colleague has experienced the same.
