Needed a termite report to sell a house. Fungus Fighters was recommended and did the report. Once they started the repair work, they said it was going to need additional work for another $575. I refused to pay that and was contacted by the owner Eddy that he would lower the amount to $300. It was still gouging for the amount of repair but I did agree to close the escrow. When the change order was submitted, it was $375. I wasnt going to delay the escrow for $75 but I did think it was unethical and dishonest and will never use them again.

  • The owners of this site ( should be a little more aggressive in identifying the companies identified on their website. This is a complaint against a local California company (fungus fighters), doing business under the same name as our corporation and not against Fungus Fighters Inc. That should have been specified here. Fungus Fighters Inc. currently has no business operations or franchises within the state of California. If there is any questions, visitors should visit the Fungus Fighters Inc. website at to ensure they are dealing with an actual Fungus Fighters Inc. location or authorized representative.

Great service, kind staff and Eddie the owner is a stand up guy. No wonder they have been in business so long.
