Poor communication with this organization. They've ranked me as stated, but can not seem to do so using the appropriate key words that specify the true work I do. So, now instead of doing sustainable landscape design, they have me appearing to be an expert in decks, retaining walls and water features. These element relfect a very small portion of the work I actually do. I'm completely dis-satisfied and am trying to dispute my final payment. Their repsonse time is horrific, they don't seem to understand or care. Its been a big waste of time and has negatively impacted my business.

I did business with this Fruit Engine. I have not encountered that problem such as you did. Fruit Engine showed me the list of keywords it came up with, and it waited for my approval before it proceed with the creation of my site.
I guess you should have made suggestions regarding the revision of the words to use. The guy who handled my site seemed amiable and accommodating that I have no problem telling him about my services and the words I want to use.
