Frisco Location review: Order

We bought a couch and loveseat. Paid cash for it. Was promised when to recieve our order and it was on our paperwork. Also a manager told me a week after when called and he had to change it from another location. Well then that order didn’t have either. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone at the store ever. I called and texted the sales person Brandon Griffith and he has refused to answer my text or call. Horrible customer service.
