Fresco review: Lack of surveillance concerning the bicycle' s thieves

I'm mr felix pierre louis. I'm a regular customer of the fresco supermarket that is located at the lauderhill mall in laidehill florida.. The motif of my complaint is that in less than one month, I lost two bicycles while shopping at the fresco lauderhill mall supermarket. The first time, I had locked my bike at the store' bicycle's rack, then when I returned few minutes later, the bike was gone. The second time was yesterday saturday march 25 at around 7h30 pm, after that I left the bike inside at the store' entrance nearby the location where a security guard is always observing much of the time. Therefore this time I did not lock the bike. Therefore for s few minutes time then while the female guard was gone but, then when I was ready to leave after shopping I had realized that the bike was stolen. I informed a female cashier about it, then she told me that she became suspicious when she observed a black man who was carrying a bagpack had removed suddently the bike away, but she had though that he was the owner, then I spoke to the female manager about the incident, then she took a look at the store' s video cameras, then afterward she shown me from a cellphone the picture of the thief who had stolen the bike 15 minutes priorly. I contacted the police by phone. Then 20 minutes later a police officer came to the store, I explained to him the incident, he questioned me and the young lady who had observed the incident, as well he spoke to the female manager who was able to let him observe the store's monitoring videocamera center, and the incident, afterward the police officer handed a card to me which mentioned the incident that had taken place. The main problem concerning particurlarly the fresco store that is located on the lauderhill mall it seem to me that a ring of thieves are operating nearby this store, and it favorite operation is to steal the bycicles of the customers who are shopping principally at this particular store and it seem to me that thsi ring is well organize. Inspite of the video cameras that are everywhere, these thieves are able in few seconds to steal unattended bikes, then afterward the thieves areable to get away as soon as they can. Therefore the unfortunate customers who own bikes who go shopping are at risk of losing them when they go shopping at this particular fresco store. Such operation can affect this particular store for the fact that its customer' s bikes can to be stolen, therefore, instead they would shop at some other stores that are located in other area where the risk of losing their bikes is much less.

The security guards and the lauderhill police department should take some action, therefore for them to put a stop to the wave of bicycle thievery that is affecting all the activities that are taken place in this particular mall. There are e a bunch of security guards everywhete at this mall, but the thieves are getting away literally according to the expression from murders. Therefore the mall and the stores that are located in this particular area should ask their secirity employees to be more vigilant principally to aprehend the bicycle thieves who are operating in the mall, therefore the mall and the stores should employ plaincloth security guards who would be able toobserve the thieves more closely, otherwise shoppers and my self would stop shopping in the stores that are located in this mall.
