I purchased the handbag RM 229.[protected]-000). I bought Sembonia Handbag at Afamosa Melaka Outlet on 10 October 2021. I keep the handbag in a dust bag. I used it for 2-3 times only and during Eid day I used the handbag. The handbag was torn at the bottom and cannot use it anymore. I'm so disappointed with Sembonia Brand! Luckily I noticed my bag was torn and my stuff didn’t fall off. Hopefully u notice my complaint and do an action!
