Just like all the other complaints, I took a survey to get a free ice maker. Nothing was said about the $89.95 charge on my debit card only the $1.95 to get the ice maker to me.
I've tried more than a dozen times to get ahold of them and each time after being on hold forever, it just hangs up then somehow I'm blocked from calling any more that day.
I've left several messages and nobody gerts back to me.
I'm sick of these companies getting away with this kind of deceit. They better be prosecuted by someone to put an end to this BS.

Desired outcome: The result is to get what I paid for if that's possible but if that's not going to happen, a refund of the $89.95 and the $1.95. I also want them to be held responsible for scamming people.
The same thing has happened to me 89.95 and 99.95 they need to stop. I locked my card so nothing come soffit
They asked me to take a Walmart survey and said they would send me a gift card and to just pay shipping.
I got a $1.95 charge but then immediately was charged another $89.95. I had not ordered anything just filled out a survey for what I thought was Walmart. Shut off my card immediately and will be disputting the charge.

Same thing happen to me. Focus fit Savings and now AM immunity one took 1.95 for some Nintendo switch and then it was 88.95 and then it was 99.95 recently. So I am beyond pissed come Tuesday I will be going to back and squawking at these idiots. Who tried and screwed me.
I am writing this review because I am in the same shape as you are. I took the survey without them saying anything about $89 and $95 plus the $1.95 shipping. As of this dayv I haven't received anything it cleared my bank I tried to get them not to pay it but it was too late so I'm assuming that this is another scam that we are going through again and I I'm tired of it and I blame myself really. I would not repeat I will not do another survey for no One no other companies cuz actually this focus fit saving came up under a business company and then at the end it pops up focus fit saving. Yes I am like the other complainers. I was asked to do a survey and after the survey I was hit with $89.95 plus a dollar and $956 shipping, but I don't know what they was shipping because I have not received the ice maker or anything from focus fit saving. I don't even know this company or had anything to do with the saving company, I'm thinking they just another scam getting $89.95 + $1.95 out of people and three people that's about $300 so it's three more people than doing it wrecking up on $300 for every three people I am really tired of people getting over on other people if it's a survey and they are giving you something free for doing the survey and they charge you for the shipping it should have been at my door by now. I was hit with the scam for aYeti cooller that Walmart said I won and only had to pay shipping of $1,95 charge and got hit with a $89.95 charge plus the $1.95 charge. I have not received my cooler yet after two weeks. WTF this is a total scam in my opinion. My question is how do I get my money back ?
Never messed with these guys new nothing about them till I seen my credit card transactions. $99.95. I have 6 kids. This just took alot away until they can square this up. Dirty [censored]!
Same thing happened to me but three transactions were 2 of $88.95 and one of $99.95 with three different phone numbers. When I did get someone on the line they said I approved for all three transactions and were going to give me 25% of the amounts. I told them I better receive by money or I will prosecute and finally sent my money! This is BS!
I don't need to reinvent the wheel. I also have this unauthorized transaction on my account. I tried to look them up but I couldn't find their site. Anyone out there have there website or phone number? If someone has it I would appreciate you sending it to me.

😡 I am so angry because the same thing happened to me. It's illegal and complete fraud. I always read the reviews but of course they are all fake I'm sure. Same thing happened to me and good luck nowadays getting a phone number to hold these crooks liable for this crap. If you are able to contact a human they barely speak English and are a complete waste of time. How do we hold these people accountable

Same thing happened to me. Purchased something at Walmart online, received an email to take a survey, thought it was Walmart.
The survey mentioned I won a Nintendo Switch, all I have to do is to pay for shipping of $1.95. I got hit $89.95 without my authorization the same day, nowhere it was mentioned that I had to pay $89.95.
I opened a dispute with my bank, they suggested to close the card but I didn’t and got hit again $99.95 two days later.
THIS IS FRAUD, we are all going through the same issue with this company.

Yes I did the same and was supposed to get a Yeti cooler . It's been 3 weeks I was charged the shipping amount of $1.95 which they said I would be charged then I got hit with a $ 89.95 charge . I really do not need the cooler for that price . I just want my money back into my account .Everyone reach out to Walmart because this is a scam for sure ! I was scammed also $1.95 and 10 minutes later $89.95. I cancelled my card. Beware Focused Fit Savings, Quality Savings Fit tried to card my card yesterday for $99.95 and today My Incredible Saver Fit tried to charge my card $89.95. Cancel your cards.
