I ordered the product (Flex Protex D) from the infomercial on T.V.
The next day I had changed my mind and tried to call and cancel and they game me some B.S. statement that it was a different call center and they could not cancel it. They took the money out of my account immediately but shipping took two weeks. When I received the package I shipped it back with in the trial offer time period and then called about my refund. The first girl said it would take up to two weeks after they got the product back. The next time I called they had received the product back but then claimed it takes up to 30 days after they got the product back to refund my money. I called back on the 30th day and now they are trying to claim it may take up to 60 days to refund my account. Slimy, shady company out of Manteno, Illinois. Do not place any orders through this company. It is a scam!

I received a message on my answering machine today from "Cathy at FlexProtex" and she said THEY'RE ISSUING A REFUND FOR ME IN THE AMOUNT OF $179.99 ! I sure hope it shows up on my account soon, because I'm not going to believe it until I see it.

I have had the exact same situation with this product and company. It did me NO GOOD WHATSOEVER and I've been waiting on my refund since June 16 when it was accepted back at the same address you mentioned. Yes, I got one message from Nicole also on July 5 after my leaving a message there the day before. Same BS...one to two billing periods...NOTHING YET, but I am not leaving this now. Apparently the company is Bluevase and I only found out when calling the original order number again and again and getting nowhere..no answer...no ring through. I then contacted the Shop TV Canada people (I'd ordered it out of a Hamilton ON CAnada tv channel on March 7 but had it ordered to my US mailbox in NIagara Falls NY. )

I'm finished with this nonsense. The new company that has taken over will not deal with any problems or orders placed before July 25 when they took over the marketing for that product at that original order number. I got the information from an agent there that this company is BlueVase and he said he'd forward all the information and hopefully get me a refund as soon as possible. I've waited since that call on August 18 and now today I wrote the Bluevase company and have threatened them with contacting both the Better Business Bureau in Canada and the US and will go even further with this if necessary, if I don't see my refund by the end of this week. It, too was put on my charge and was $196 US ...I paid $13 to ship it back with a confirmation of the receipt of the product and I have that in writing. Nicole acknowledged that also when she left the message. Let's just see what the heck happens now.

Yes, it is SCAM! I am very disappointed with this company from Manteno, Illinois. How can they work on TV? I couldn't believe that it can happen in a country of my dream - America.
I ordered Flexprotex D in December 2009 from TV. They took the money $179.99 + $16.99 for shipping from my credit card immediately too, and I got the product in couple weeks. I used the pills for less then three months trial. Because I did not get any improvement for the knee arthritis pain, I called to the office and spoke with Nicole to get RA #. I waited for refund for 30 days and called them again. Rosemary told me that they are in process to refund me $179.99 by the end of April!
In May 13 I called again, and again... the same promises with no words of apologies... During my 8-th telephone calls, in August 2, 2010, Amanda apologized and promised to process money on my credit card ASAP: they did not!
Today, 8/17/10, I called to the company few times and figured out the strange situation. After few seconds when I called the same number [protected] I heard the click sound and than unusual announcement “The person you call is not available”. What does it mean, then new round of scam after 5 months keeping me nervous and calling to customer service?
It is very painful.
