Dear Official in charge,
My house (No 4, Lorong Bukit Ubi 55, Tmn Desa Bukit Ubi, 25200 Kuantan Pahang) received more than 5 times of delivery from Shoppe to Person (Sang yin hui) that I don't know.
There is no contact number on the delivery note.
I try to call sender (Fl_comfy) contact number (6011-[protected]), but I cannot reached sender.
The contact number stated in the delivery notes is not a valid number.
The sender address is: No 698, Block C, Lot 3339, Jalan Parit Bilal (koiji marketing), Batu Pahat, Johor.
I open every each delivery and I discover that the parcel is empty without any product, only a few piece of scrap paper.
The delivery code of this latest delivery is: SPXMY021351002384.
For last few deliveries, I requested the delivery man to take back.
I hope Shoppe can take my complain seriously. I worry that something not good is happening.
