If my refund had been processed when it was supposed to, none of this would be happening now.
First, I was messed around with constant delays. Then I was offered a refund, which I accepted. After that, you still sent the product — a product I no longer wanted because of the repeated delays.
Now I’m stuck waiting even longer for a refund that should have been processed over 7 days ago.
Terrible communication, terrible handling of the situation, and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.
