If my refund had been processed when it was supposed to, none of this would be happening now.
First, I was messed around with constant delays. Then I was offered a refund, which I accepted. After that, you still sent the product — a product I no longer wanted because of the repeated delays.
Now I’m stuck waiting even longer for a refund that should have been processed over 7 days ago.
Terrible communication, terrible handling of the situation, and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.

I put in my car details.. I ordered products... under my cars accessories were items that don't fit my car... there is no obvious warning regarding same. Unsure why they ask what car you have.. buyer beware and double check before ordering!
