I started the process of purchasing a food trailer in 2021 in hopes of a 3 month turn around which was stated by the company Fit kits Build Outs for my business in-which a deposit was required of $22,000. During the process I was told that my truck was being built based off the blueprint I submitted. As time went by, I noticed that there was no communication between the company and myself. So, I reached out and was told my truck had not begun the process of being built. I then travel hundreds of miles to meet with the owner of the company to get a clear understanding of what was happening with my trailer. After speaking with him I found out there was no communication between him and his staff concerning the blueprint. At that point the owner promised that everything on the blueprint would be done. From August of 2021 to January 2022 there was very little conversation between me and the company. At that time the owner stated that the people that were building the trailer went ghost and the process had to be start over. This was very frustrating because I had event lined for the new year which cost me money. In May (9 months later) I traveling to Jacksonville from Alabama to pick up the food trailer in which he told me it was finished and to come pick it up, it actually wasn't finished. I literally had to bring back an unfinished product. On the way back things started to fall off the trailer. Then I was reimbursed to replace the damages that was made. One day at an event I then noticed that the trailer wasn't wired properly, the flat top grill caught a fire due to gas lines not being hooked up properly, and that the equipment was used. But I was told everything was new when I purchased the trailer. This has been a disappointing journey because I worked hard and now feel defeated. I felt like I basically built the trailer myself after purchasing it.

Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for all the labor and parts that I had to replace which totals around 9,000 dollars.

There’s a handful of us that are going through the same! And now the owner is filing for bankruptcy. So no one got their equipment and we’ve all have now lost a bunch of money.

Yes we are going through the same thing. Lorenzo really screwed us. Now what am I supposed to do. I've lost so much and it's so easy for him to say he's filing for bankruptcy. It's not right

Hello, correct we are going to have to do something because this is beyond not right. How can someone sleep at night knowing they gotten over on all these people. How can clicklease think they are going to keep funding someone and we pay for his loan and get nothing that we signed up for in the 1st place. I hope they put him and his wife under the jail.. I am not going to let them get away with this.
