I am Baljinder from Balena Transport. Last year in December,2021 , Our truck ( 1FUJHHDR4NLMZ6374) was in First Truck Centre for repair services from December to April and we got it back in May, 2022. This has happened again in this year and it has been in their location from 6 November, 2022 to till now and we didn't receive it yet. The same issue happened again with the parts after 6 months and we don't understand why they are dealing and accepting repair services if they are not able to provide these properly. Are you able to answer why and who is responsible for making payments when the truck is not working? We have Volvo trucks as well and we didn't face any kind of issue from their side.
These months are busy in the trucking industry and I don't understand why this company is not working well with their services. We tried to contact them many times and didn't get any satisfactory answer from their services.
Hope you will help us in getting our truck back with proper repair and help us in getting compensation for making insurance and other payments because they didn't give any response to our emails and phone calls.
