First Priority Garage Doors review: To be reimbursed my $200 that was paid and he just wanted to make a overpriced sale on a new motor that he could obviously repair

The owner of this company is practicing unethically. My garage door opener wasn’t working. I called the owner of First Priority garage doors (Moe) he came out on 11/25/22. Before checking the motor said this motor is old but I’ll try to get it to work. He used my ladder and a screwdriver and adjusted the motor and it was working in less than 5 minutes. Quoted me $200 gave a 1 year warranty and left. I tried to use it on 11/28/22 to no avail. I called him and he came on 11/29/22. Entered my garage without trying and said the motor needs to be changed and gave me a too huge quote of $700-$800. I asked if he could try to adjust it as before and he refused. Finally he did and caused the chain to jump off track. He said it can’t be fixed. I asked him to honor his warranty and he became belligerent and raised his voice. I felt intimidated and asked him to leave. After he left I texted him and told him that my husband and I wanted to be reimbursed. He text NP send my cash app information and never anymore replies. Can you help me to resolve this issue please?
