Received call shortly after 10 am on Wednesday, 4/13/22. Agent named Bailey Rogers said she was calling from a Collection Agency to collect payment of $400 plus from me for a blood lab draw back on 5/25/2019. I had 2 options: to pay them today or they would put a collections on my credit report. I checked back on my appointment calendars and found 5/25/19 was on a Saturday and I had no appointment that day. She argued that it was my bill and that I owed it to them now. I asked to speak to the Supervisor/Manager; Spoke to Page agent 4010 (she said). She spoke the same. Just made the threats and I admit so did I. I said I was going to get a lawyer because nothing was listed under Medicare nor under my Doctors records. Where did this so called bill come from? It's not mine. They wouldn't listen to my proof. Page said we have put a judgement on you for our money. I'm 70 yrs old and they are trying to take advantage. I never got any bill, never. All I have for these people is a phone #[protected] and they do answer.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology. Plus do not put this on my credit.
