I approached fidelity secure drive in October 2022 for assistance with a vehicle tracking device. I was directed to a lady called Lucinda - Sales Department Consultant, who explained the various packages available for vehicle tracking systems. She further promised to email me the formal documentation to complete the onboarding process followed by deploying a technician to my home for installing the tracking device on my vehicle.

A week passed without any communication from her side and I made a follow up call to check the progress. I called several times with no luck, instead I was told by the consultants I was directed to that they would "send an email" to the sales department to handle my query and that I should expect a call from a consultant shortly which never materialised. I tried calling countless times over a duration of 3 months getting the same response without progress.

On 27 January 2023, secure drive debited my account with the monthly premium for vehicle tracking services yet no contract was signed to formalize the agreement, nor had a tracker been installed on my vehicle. Again I had to make follow up calls to get an explanation without luck. I called again on Monday, 30 January 2023, and got directed to two guys consultants named Isaac and Jacob who mentioned that he holds a Scheduler's role at Fidelity. They too couldn't resolve my case and gave me the same excuse as the previous consultants - "someone will call you back". Today I called Jacob again out of frustration and he told me he cannot assist me as he was about to knock off at 4pm.

I would never recommend Fidelity Services to anyone as they have proven to be inefficient and ignorant towards customer service.
