My Daughter Ordered a comforter set from a person, the sender used Fastway Courier services, this was before the Easter weekend.

my Daughter followed up on her parcel as it took very long like 2 weeks, so the phone calls went up and down as the excuse was there are too much public holidays etc.

then they "delivered" at the premises where my daughter stay and Fastway said there was no one where she asked them to blow the hooter and they didn't, they just left.

so we gave my work address and MY name and cell number, that they didn't add, the names on the waybills is all the other people that they previously delivered to at my work, my daughter doesn't even know these people. as here are ALWAYS someone to accept the package, and I told everyone here so we were waiting.

so after 2 weeks that was like 26 May my daughter followed up on when the parcel will be delivered, she was told it was delivered on the 6th.

I requested the POD and the one Security's name is on there.

So I started to search for the parcel and NO ONE knows anything, I requested the driver to come to the premises, and the driver acknowledge HE wrote the drivers name on the POD. I aske why is there other peoples names on the waybill and not mine? no as they are already on the system.

I have send mails up and down to FASTWAY and there reply the driver needs to sort this.

I have requested the managers email address, no she (customer care) brought it under their attention... I said I need to be in the mail.

she forwarded a mail to some guy (gmail account) and I have NO reply since today!

They are miss routing our parcel and dont want to take responsability for it. I have asked them for a refund but NO action, NO reply.

DOONT USE FASTWAY as they steal your stuff!
