First of all, I am not aasserting that Fastway Courier LTD. is involved in this scam. But the scammer pretends to speak in the name of this company.
A friend of mine met someone on a dating site. After a short period he supposedly sent her a gift package. Then she received the following email asking her to pay USD 1, 350:

I read this useful website, found complaints about similar scams allegedly originating from Fasttrack / Fastway Courier Ltd. and advised my friend not to pay any money. Everybody, beware!

rasanya aku kena tipu juga ni .. laki tu nama dia jung muyng dia muslim korea , aku kenal dia kat insta pastu dia cakap dia nak bagi hadiah sekali ngan duit pastu aku kene bayar 200 mula mula tu pastu aku kene bayar 300 untuk tukar duit dolar tu ke duit rm aku un bayar ah , pastu pulak aku kena bayar 700 untuk bayar van security untuk deliver kat aku sebab dalam tu ada banyak duit dia cakap . Memang aku bayar la jawabnya sebab aku percaya weh , last ii ni dia suruh aku bayar 1500 sebab diorang akan guna security officer untuk hantar barang tu kat aku untuk security purpose katanya pastu bila aku cakap aku takde duit dah nak bayar diorang cakap bayar 600 pun takpe . Pastu canne ni ? patut ke aku percaya weh , dahla dah 1000 duit aku bayar kat diorang bila minta refund tak leh pulak 😭 ke buat tak tahu je ni 😭😭

Saya baru je kena tipu. mula2 dia minta 200 untuk delivery fee and tax. lepas tu minta pulak 150 konon nya insurance fee untuk barang yang ada dalam parcel tu. lepas tu esok nya dia minta pulak 400 kononnya ada masalah dalam company. Please beware guys, don't ever receive the 'gift' they want. Konon kalau kita tak terima hadiah tu cakap kita ni tak ikhlas nk terima hadiah dia. sekali kena tipu!
saya baru sahaja kena parcel scam dengan syarikat fastway courier ni, mereka mengugut saya untuk menangkap saya sekiranya tidak membayar parcel tersebut dengan harga rm1200. memang tak masuk akal langsung wey! mohon ambik tindakan pihak pengurusan, saya tak nak orang lain menjadi mangsa lagi selepas ini, disebabkan ini, saya telah mengalami depresi yang membuatkan saya takut untuk keluar bekerja, sila ambik tindakan!

Hallo zusammen so wie es ausschaut ist Fast Way Security oder wie sich diese Firma und Betrüger auch nennen mögen. Wieder aktiv.
Den ich habe heute auch eine ähnliche WhatsApp bekommen. Da soll ich mal schnell Inlandgebühren für die Zusendung von 2 Rollkoffern und etwas Kanadische Dollars in Bar. USD 1500 per Westetn Union an eine Bank in Malaysia bezahlen. Obwohl laut Frachtschein/Auftragsbestätigung alles bezahlt ist. So steht es auf jeden Fall als Paid mit Rahmen auf diesem Dokument.. Welches mir vom Auftraggeber letzte Woche in Farbe zugesandt wurde.
Der Auftraggeber nennt sich Johnson Lee und ist Süd Koreaner und ist Student in Kanada und wohnt in 4102/32 Rose lange, Brampton Ontario Canada. Welche es so nicht gibt! Nach suchen per diversen Maps und Google Erth. Er soll in Kanada in einer Raffinerie als Ingenieur arbeiten so sein Studium als Ingenieur Finanzieren.
Habe auf die WhatsApp von Fast Way Security. Denn zurück geschrieben. Das ich rein garnicht bezahlen werde. Da ja nicht einmal die Login Daten für das Tracking der Lieferung korrekt sind und somit nicht Funktioniert. Sie für mich mehr als eine Dubiose Firma sind.
Antwort von Ihnen nach etwa 20 min. wahr. Die Webseite wird momentan umgebaut, Service Arbeiten durch geführt. Man solle später es wieder versuchen. ANMERKUNG von mir eine Überarbeitung der Webseite dauert bei mir zwischen 3 Std. und 2 Tagen und nicht von 8 oder mehr Tage.
Habe auch dem Herr Lee eine WhatsApp gesendet und ihm erst mal Gratuliert für den Dubiosen Lieferservice, denn er dafür Ausgesucht hat. Die wollen das ich trotz dem das alles bezahlt wurde noch USD 2000. Ebenso habe ich ihm klar geschrieben das ich kein Geld bezahlen werde und auch keine Liefer Annehme, sondern die Annahme verweigert. Ich halt nicht so blöde bin, wie sie es gern hätten und den Dummen nichts wissenden bin und ihnen zuliebe spiele.
Seine Antwort wahr. Er habe über USD 5000 bezahlt für die Versendung in die Schweiz. Ich müsse nur die Inlandgebühren und Taxen bezahlen. Welche er mir zurück erstattet. Wenn er im August für 1 ½ Monate in die Schweiz komme.
ANMERKUNG von mir. Wer das glaubt wird wahrscheinlich noch Seelig und ist Unsterblich. Ebenso habe ich sämtliche Daten, Bilder, Message und Voice Message von Herr Lee, extern gespeichert. So auch die Messagen von Fast Way Security. Beide habe ich im WhatsApp Blockiert und die Rufnummern im Telbuch ebenso.

My mom is going through the same thing but she's so block headed that I can't deal with her anymore. I'm waiting until she lands flat on her butt. I tried helping her - texting the guy pretending to be her, trying to get proof of identity even through a picture holding a note saying "I love --" and nothing and I showed it to her and did research on everything and she's ignored it... I'm pretty sure she's sent money too via western union, I gave up and she ruined her own marriage to "talk" to this guy cus she loves him f

Fastway couriers does not operate in Asia (including Malaysia). Anyone purporting to be from Fastway Malaysia is scamming you. The only country that can stop your delivery is the country that it is being delivered (or imported) to, and only by customs officers or police in that country. Countries through which deliveries are 'transiting" through will not stop your delivery unless it is discovered that there is something dangerous or hazardous in the package - and will not ask you for money to forward it on to you.

It happened to me also.. I met a man from facebook john martin, and he told me that he sent parcel to me from new zealand... the parcel was hold in malaysia and somebody called me and emailed me (liezel, her name.. asia regional coordinator fastway courier delivery services)... I sent money to the extend that I have sent 5000 euro totally and until now she is still asking money to me... be care ful... her number is +[protected]
wow same thing has happened to me but i never paid sam e scenario got talking to a man on bearshare told him it was my birthday he said he wanted to surprise me by coming here and sending me a parcel, in it was meant to be an exercise machine and $500, 000 usd. same happened got a delivery order, then all of a sudden stopped in kuala lumpur. he wants me to pay the $1200 delivery but i told him im not he said dont you care about my omoney etc.. i told him to send me the money to pay for the parcel to get here.still he is stuffing me around. please be careful.

i had the same experience...
i had known the guy for a month and thought he loved me genuinely.
he told me he will send gifts and money amounting to 8, 000gbp.
he said he did... via fastway courier ltd uk.
then after two days a man from malaysia called my number telling me my parcel is on hold because it was detected with money and has violated the law
then i sent my scammer boyfriend the email asking me to pay 2, 940 ringgit in payment for them to deliver my parcel
then my said bf told me he tied to settle it with his credit card but they denied
he told me if i wont pay to get his package for me he will break up with me,
but i did not i told him i dont have money
so after that we lose contact
he is a scammer.
so you better beware of people like them. and dont be deceived by them. think practically and wisely.
