I have been calling Fast Track Business Concepts requesting a refund over the past 42 days and counting from Fast Track Business Concepts. I have been given the complete run a round and they just keep telling me I will receive a call back from Fast Track Business Concepts, with no return calls from anybody with Fast Track Business Concepts.
I did receive a call from my business coach with Fast Track Business Concepts on 9/23, whom proceeded to yell at me in an unprofessional manner, saying I haven't done everything that I was instructed or asked to do.( Hello what was the $5000 payment to Fast Track Business Concepts for?) This is not true, I have been patient and done ever step I’ve been instructed to do by Fast Track Business Concepts, and even got passed a few obstacles on my own because Fast Track Business Concepts never returned my calls so I had to think on the fly and put out my own fires. My coach with Fast Track Business Concepts said he would call back 9/26 and I never received a call from Fast Track Business Concepts that day let alone that week or any following weeks, so I called Fast Track Business Concepts again at the end of the month of September requesting refund and once again still have had no call back from Fast Track Business Concepts.
I started the program February 28, 2011 with Fast Track Business Concepts, and was assured that this was a 4 to 6 month program and I will have funding in the first 60 days based on the Paydex score that “Fast Track Business Concepts” was setting up. To Date my Paydex is 0, The Policy states that if for any reason I’m not satisfied I would be entitled to a FULL REFUND from Fast Track Business Concepts. I think that after 8 Months of the Run Around this would count as Dissatisfied, and I deserve a FULL REFUND from Fast Track Business Concepts !
The agreement I signed states,
"If you work with the Fast Track Business Concepts coach and then complete the 7 Tier process- you will have A+ Paydex Score 70 Score or higher, in less than 180 business days or we will refund your entire purchase price of the Fast Track Business Concepts Corporate Building program to you or Fast Track Business Concepts will provide a second 180 days period of service at no additional charge."

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I agree with you and feel your pain they ripped me off too for $6000.00 but I refuse to let them get away with it and I am going to get every dime of my money back. I brought this bogus Corporate Credit Builder Package in March 2011 and in the agreement they stated that they would build my business credit by getting me a 80 paydex score or higher, 14 revolving credit cards such as lowes, homedepot, staples etc, for my business, and a gauranteed cash line of credit for $75000.00 from the bank. This was supposed to happen in 90 days no later than 6 months after purchase of the package or they were going to refund my entire purchase or give me a 180 days of free service. I repeatedly called and left messages for Katy never getting any calls back when I finally did speak to her requesting the coach and ready for my credit to be built after waiting six long months . I was told I would get a coach who I spoke to 2 months after she said it all he said was did I have my business documents that they already knew I had which was my Business bank acct, LLC, Dunn & Bratt, EIN Tax ID #, Business phone, Business Plan, only thing I was lacking was my Secretary of State Foreign Filing which I obtained two months later for $449. He just gave me their website and never called me back again he vanished. So I called numerous more times speaking to whom I believe the robot receptionist who keeps repeating that she will give Katy and the President Mark Trainer my messages that were again never returned. in June 2012 I was finally assigned my second business coach Steve Penny who emailed me a list that I already had for free from google, these net 30 vendors, grainger, seton, quill and reliable he told me to purchase from them and I will get a 80 paydex score than he will get me the revolving credit cards. I obtained my own 80 paydex score by having a business phone with excellent payment with my Cellular provider. He never responded to none of my emails after that although he said that was his best method of contact. Fustrated with no return calls and out of $6000.00 I decided to do something about their deceptive business practices and them ripping me off for my money. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commissions, BBB, the Nevada Consumer Protection Agency, Nevada Attorney Geeneral, and reported them on all the scam and ripped off consumer sites to put their crooked scam on line for worldwide presence so other people won't get ripped off by them like we did. I also sought a Consumer attorney to sue them if they don't willing give me my money back I will fight them tooth and nail I only have a small business and I am trying to make money not lose money to these ruthless crooks. I suggest you do the same because that is a lot of money to lose in these days and times they n ow have a BBB rating of the lowest an F I thought they were legitimate because they had a A+ rating when I first purchased the package they have 10 complaintss on there with 2 not being resolved and 7 being service and products issues they need to shut this business down they are thieves!
