I recently joined the website www.ezlandlordforms.com, but after 3 days I really regret about it. I filled 2 forms on their website, and it was mentioned that it was for free, but they took money from my account. I sent them already couple of emails, but these ### never replied. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they deal with such dishonest seller.
Eight years later they are still doing that. In 2022 they renewed my subscription without informing me or sending me a reminder or giving me the option to cancel my membership. No communication at all and they charged what they wanted without informing me that the membership rates had been increased and without giving me the normal (for years) 15% discount for returning/renewing customers.
And to add - there is no option to remove your credit card info from their website - so it seems they think they have a blank chq in their hands once they have your credit card info.
Is it even legal - to force the storing of credit card info and charging without authorization?
Extremely disappointed with this predatory business practice. First time they are doing this but if they adopt this policy going forward...I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
I need to be able to provide credit card info for each transaction - not being forced to store it on their website and I certainly should have the option to delete my cc info and to be informed BEFORE being forced to renew my subscription/membership.
When I registered for this site I never had to enter credit card information. How would the automatically charge without that info? I do not believe they bill you either, did any of you mix them up with another site and have you contacted them to inquire about it? I was able to download a free application form and use tenant screening without joining a paid membership I also downloaded the free lease which I decided was too basic and then upgraded to the Paid lease as it was more specific to my needs.
I became ezlandlordforms.com member for free and it allowed me to spend half an hour on the site and then it hit me with $25 fee at the end. It is a classic bait-and-switch which I don't appreciate and will not subscribe to because of the manipulative business practice.
