Exotic Fish Shop is the bomb! They got a ton of fish to choose from and they all look super cool. I mean, seriously, the collection they got is off the hook. You won't find anything like it anywhere else. And the best part? The fish are top-notch quality. You can tell they take good care of them. I'm a huge fish fan and I gotta say, this is the best place to get your fish fix. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered some fish from Exotic Fish Shop and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. The guy who runs the place, Steve, talks a big game on his website about how he guarantees the health of his fish and how he packs them carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition. But let me tell you, that was not my experience at all.

First of all, the fish arrived in pretty bad shape. They were all gasping for air and some of them looked like they were on death's door. I could tell right away that they had not been packed properly for the journey. And when I contacted Steve about it, he didn't seem to care at all. He just told me to wait and see if they got better, which they didn't.

Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other websites out there that are much better than this one. Just do a quick Google search and you'll find them. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I recently got myself a golden jardini from exoticfishshop.net and I gotta say, they did an amazing job. They shipped it overnight and it arrived at my doorstep the very next day. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to fish and they were able to answer all the questions I had about my new pet. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer from now on. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Exotic Fish Shop. The owner, Steve, seems to have little regard for the health and well-being of his fish. I noticed that many of the fish had fungus, ich, and eye diseases. It was quite concerning to see. Additionally, the air that came out of the bags of fish had a strong and unpleasant odor. I couldn't believe that any living creature could survive in such conditions. It's a shame that Steve doesn't seem to care about the animals he's selling, but I guess money is more important to him. It's really disappointing.

I recently got myself an Azul Peacock Bass from exoticfishshop.net and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the service. The seller was quick to send out my order and even went the extra mile to keep me updated with the shipment through text and email. The fish arrived in great condition and didn't seem too stressed out from the journey.

I did come across another review that was pretty harsh, but honestly, I found it kinda funny when they mentioned the seller "busting their balls". However, I have to disagree with that review because I found the seller to be quite friendly and professional.

One thing to note is that there is a 2-hour window to report any problems with the fish after receiving them. I think that's pretty standard and fair, so no complaints there.

I recently made a purchase from Exotic Fish Shop and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I had my heart set on a snowflake fugu puffer and was excited to receive it for a price of $70. When it arrived, I carefully acclimated it to my tank and it seemed to be doing well for about two weeks. However, it suddenly became very sick with a severe infection and unfortunately did not survive. I was disappointed and upset, especially since my other tank mates were not affected. When I contacted the owner, they stated that the fish had arrived healthy.

Despite this setback, I decided to give Exotic Fish Shop another chance and purchased an MBU puffer for $80. I carefully acclimated it to my 75 gallon tank and it seemed to be doing well for about four days. However, it suddenly died and I was once again disappointed and upset. I contacted the owner, Steve, and he stated that the water had been tested and was perfect. However, he refused to offer any kind of refund. The fish had arrived alive, so he considered his job done. He did offer me a 25% discount on another diseased fish, but I declined.

To make matters worse, this purchase was for my 12 year old son who had saved up his own money for his "dream fish". It was a very disappointing experience for him and he was heartbroken.

Overall, my experience with Exotic Fish Shop was very disappointing. While the prices may seem reasonable, the quality of the fish and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for healthy and happy fish.

I've been buying fish from Exotic Fish Shop for a long time now, and I gotta say, I've spent a lot of money on this business. But unfortunately, more than half of the fish I've bought from them have died. It's a real bummer, you know? I mean, I put in a lot of effort to take care of my fish tanks, and it's frustrating when they die for seemingly no reason.

So, I reached out to Exotic Fish Shop through PayPal because I received some dead fish on contact. I wanted my money back because I was sick of fish dying on me. I have seven fish tanks, and my fish are fine, so don't tell me that it was my fish tanks that were the problem. I would test the water, and it was always fine. But unfortunately, I wasn't offered a refund, and now I'm blackballed from ever buying from them again. Even though I said I would pay back the money for the dead fish that they sold me.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Exotic Fish Shop. I mean, I've spent a lot of money on this business, and I feel like I haven't gotten much in return. It's a real shame because I love having fish tanks, and I love buying new fish to add to my collection. But I don't think I'll be buying from Exotic Fish Shop again anytime soon.

So, I recently ordered a juvenile Red Tiger Mota from Exotic Fish Shop (exoticfishshop.net). When I received the fish, I could tell right away that something was off. Although the fish was healthy and well-packaged, it didn't look like a Red Tiger Mota. I decided to send a picture of the fish to the owner and asked if he was sure he sent the right fish. Unfortunately, the owner's response was a simple "yes."

Over the weekend, I went to a local store and found a Red Tiger Mota. To my surprise, the fish I received from Exotic Fish Shop looked nothing like the one I found in the store. After doing some research, I'm pretty sure that I received a Cuban Cichlid instead of the Red Tiger Mota that I ordered. Don't get me wrong, the Cuban Cichlid is a nice fish, but it's not what I spent $50 to order.

I'm concerned that shipping out the wrong fish could be completely irresponsible and could result in the death of the new fish or the established fish in my tank. I reached out to the owner a second time to express my concerns, but unfortunately, I got ghosted. I'm done doing business with Exotic Fish Shop.

I recently ordered three fish from Exotic Fish Shop (exoticfishshop.net) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. While two of the fish arrived in good condition, the third was upside down and clearly not doing well. To make matters worse, the water in the package was cold and there was no heat pack included to keep the fish warm during shipping.

I immediately contacted Steve, the owner of the shop, to let him know that one of the fish had arrived dead on arrival (DOA). He responded by asking me to send a picture of the fish. While I was taking the picture, I noticed some gill movement and quickly tried to get the fish near the filter outlet to help it breathe. I updated Steve on the situation and he advised me to step on the fish instead of trying to save it. I found this advice to be unhelpful and insensitive, especially since I was doing everything I could to save the fish.

Steve then repeatedly asked me how I had acclimated the fish, even though I had already explained that I had just opened the box and was dealing with the dying fish first. He suggested that I watch his acclimation video, even though I had already seen it and had followed his instructions. I have experience with keeping reef tanks and breeding fish, so I know how to properly acclimate them. I explained my process to Steve, but he accused me of not listening and told me to buy my fish somewhere else.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the service, attitude, and shipping from Exotic Fish Shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and suggest that you take your money elsewhere. The lack of care for the fish and the customer is unacceptable.

I recently purchased some fish from Exotic Fish Shop and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. Out of the three fish I ordered, only two arrived alive and well. The third fish was half dead when it arrived, which I understand can happen when fish are moved or disturbed. I tried to acclimate the fish to my tank, hoping it was just stressed, but unfortunately it died within 24 hours.

When I contacted the company to let them know what had happened, I was pretty surprised by their response. They told me that they guarantee "Alive on arrival," which apparently means that a half dead fish is still considered alive. They offered me a 50% discount on buying the same fish again, which I thought was pretty insulting. After a few back and forth emails, I received a response from someone named Stephen O'Brien, who seemed to be the owner of the company.

His email was pretty unprofessional and full of errors, which made me question the legitimacy of the company even more. He told me that I should have contacted them when the fish arrived, and that I was a bad customer for not doing so. He also said that if I wanted a 15 day guarantee, I was paying too much for the fish and shipping. It was pretty clear that he didn't care about my experience or my satisfaction as a customer.

When I tried to leave a review on their website, it was "pending approval" for a long time, and then it was deleted. I noticed that they only have positive reviews on their site, which made me wonder how many negative reviews they've deleted. They don't have a physical store, they're not on Yelp, and they're not registered with the Better Business Bureau. It seems like they're operating out of someone's basement and ripping people off.

Overall, I would not recommend Exotic Fish Shop to anyone. The experience I had was terrible, and the way they handled my concerns was even worse. I don't want another fish from them for free, I just want them to be shut down so that other people don't have to go through what I did.
