ANYONE who wants to get service with T-Mobile, please go to a reputable location that is owned by T-Mobile. About two months ago I was in a local mall and had walked passed "Executive Cellular Phones" which is an authorized dealer supposedly, as Im walking by the sales person is trying to hustle me in by asking me what phone I have, that I need to switch, etc, etc, etc. I normally would not have stopped but my phone was acting up severely bad the past couple days so I decided to see if I was available for an upgrade.

They checked my account and told me I was, so I decided to get a new phone and change my plan to add more texting to it. That was a huge mistake, it was not until I got my next bill that I noticed I was never eligible for an upgrade, they took my account..ADDED a line and gave me some unlimited family talk deal, so my bill went from $45.00 a month to over $119.00. So i went back to get this fixed and they said since it had passed 14 days I would have to call an ACTUAL T-MOBILE store to get it fixed...its funny how they considered them a real tmobile store when I purchased the phone but now they are only an "authorized" dealer now that I have a problem.

I agree with the comments and plan to go to the FTC on this. What irks me the most is thta T-mobile keeps saying that I have to go back to the dealer to resolve my issues. My inderstanding of the law is that a principal is responsible for the action of its' agents.

Had I surf on this site before I went to Executive's Wayne store, I should've known better. Without any SIGNED confirmation, they just sent T-Mobile an alleged service agreement. I discovered this thru a TMo web page - Account Events. About CantStandECP & jimvz, did TMobile made adjustments? Or did you report the fraud before or after your billing statements came? What action did TMobile take? Perhaps you should go to ftc.gov/complaint and seek help for a favorable action. actionneeded

I got my last 2 phones from executive and I got a better price than even I could get online. I only shop at auth dealers because I know I can get a better deal with them. Both salesmen I encountered @ ecp were extremely helpful.

I completely agree, had the same type of experience at Executive Cellular Phone's Deptford Kiosk. Sales manager and district manager tag-teamed on my sale and needless to say I wish I'd have gone to the T-Mobile store. The manager conducted a worthless analysis of my ATT account and led me to believe that they could offer me better service for less money. Well like they say "if it sounds too good it probably isn't", the T-Mobile plan they hooked me on caused me to overrun my free minutes racking up charges… As part of the sale the district manager offered to ship a phone out to me son (free of charge) and assured me that it would arrive prior to our ATT service being terminated, this didn’t happen either. The manager and district manager then offered to credit my account $50.00 for my son’s inconvenience, that didn’t happen either... Please do yourself a favor and go to a regular T-Mobile store, there’s one in the Deptford Mall on same floor as Executive Cellular’s Kiosk.
