Evershine Direct Sale Store review: Not full order

I ordered on the 10/02/2022 a diamond painting of my grandson’s 60cm x80cm

When I put order in I didn’t have option to add photo when paid I got invoice and realised had old address so I replied to invoice and gave new address and photo I also send message to contact seller I sent servers.. No communication

When I checked my item was delivered I then realised what was delivered was just the tools and no painting.. So contacted seller then tryed to submit complaint several times but submit button didn’t work so I reduced photo size and still not working I tryed over 10 times to submit but not working so I looked for other alternatives so I got eva the bot she put complaint few questions didn’t ask for photos and she submitted it. Few days later got message saying that the seller sent item been delivered and they gonna give them money due to lack of evidence.. I sent them email explaining why and what happened but unfortunately they won’t listen.. I am happy for my original item I ordered if not will to refund..
