Do not select Evercare as a health insurance or a medicare supplemental insurance. I work in health care industry and they are the worst at trying to get coverage for healthcare expenses they are suppose to cover. They will deny and make up rules as it goes to get out of paying anything. Evercare does NOT cover and pay like Medicare does even when the represenative states "it's better" than Medicare coverage. Evercare is ripping off Medicare and people from their benifits.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
So many problems with this insurance we call it "Nevercare" in Hawai'i. They don't even follow their own guidelines as published in their Member Handbook or Provider Directory. Regulatory oversight is null & void due to culture of corruption in Hawai'i. No local lawyers here in Hawai'i will even dare to litigate against them or the regulatory overseers because of how intrenched corruption is in Hawai'i. Sad, sad, sad.
