Equity Life Styles review: Illegal washer/dryer recycle center operated inside park community,

An illegal recycle center is being operated inside four seasons mobile home community in Fresno CA. They operate 24/7 with no regard for neighboring home owners. I have 24/7 security video's. Cars and trucks with trailers come in constantly all day picking up and delivering washers/dryers. They have shift changes lunch breaks etc. I personally was physically threatened by one of them for complaining about the extremely loud music while they were loading and unloading washers/dryers. They use power tools banging clanking etc through out the night. The manager of the park will not hire temporary security, will not call police, will not call tow trucks while this matter gets resolved in the courts.. Manager sits in office couple hours a day with blinds deliberatly closed while these trucks drive by her office all day the long in and out. The home has no owner (deceased) daughter of home owner declines to become owner and willingly forfeits her rights to equity Life Styles and this park still allows this illegal activity to go on.
There are many code violations should be condemned uninhabitable. It also appears they are selling drugs as well cars constantly stop only there for couple mins then leave. It is unacceptable that home owners have to live with this. Now that physical threats have been made some one will eventually get hurt. The front security gate didn't work for months and months it wasnt till I showed management a video of me chasing a thief out of the park right by her office with her blinds closed as the thief flew by her office at a high rate of speed in a car endangering lives in the community. Magically the gate was repaired the next day after being broken for many many months. This people speed down the roadway constantly while picking up washers/dryers with young children out playing in the streets eventually a child will get hit and four seasons management had prior knowledge and did nothing. I and my family have been living in this park for over 50 years this in unacceptable what this park has become.
