I booked iphone from the company Eplanet Sales Ltd. I transferred money to the bank account and received the email from the seller, who told me that they accidently sent me 10 iphones more. It was impossible to stop the delivery, and they asked me for $1, 500 as a trust deposit. I sent them money, but received nothing in return and lost about $1, 900. So be careful if you buy from this company and inform other people. Thanks.

too late when I read about this ..paid $600, and still receiving emails from them giving me a tracking number from emmex logistics..showing that they sent 13 units of handphones..waiting for them to demand more money for some sort of clearance or trust money..I am yet to tell them that I know whats next already..
So frustrating coz im doing online business and this will ruin our reputation who make genuine business.

i am having the same situation too. i called them and they refused to pick up and even blocked me on whatsapp. I have gotten the help of the police i suggest you all do the same too. i lost about $360
Hey guys did someone is order at smart logistics? I order 3 phones, 4months ago.. And they give me the tracking code at emmex.. I chat the customer service of emmex and they keep sending me same messages .. Guys why dont we report this ### to police so that we can receive our money back..
Same here guys im just 15 and wanted it so badly as I thought they are having sales so i banked in when they asked me to and want me to deposit. Their trick is ask you to deposit i lost about $1400
PLEASE NOTE: The website referred to above is NOT E-planet Sales Ltd. It is a fraudulent person or persons using the name illegally. The web host of the fraudulent website, CRYSTONE, was warned on numerous occasions that the website was a fraud and refused to take any action despite the fact it as using the name illegally and claiming a registered address/number it did not have. The hosting company Crystone was aware of this and failed to act. Please refer your complaints to the hosting company and/or Police Action Fraud UK. You can contact Crystone at support@crystone.com. As well as Crystone, The Police Action Fraud UK and Samsung (for the illegal false use of their photography) were also contacted before any of the above fraudulent acts took place in October 2013. It is unacceptable that the authorities failed to act when they were clearly informed in advance. Please take up your complaints with these authorities, but please be aware that the fraudulent website has absolutely no connection whatsoever with the company E Planet Sales Ltd, which is a genuine registered company, which does not stock any of those items.
