Came to clean air ducts, check over A/C unit and dryer vents. Ended up doing 1/2 the job promised, a crappy job at that, and damaged our one main vent in the living room. Left it detached from the floor grate and cooling the underground not my house! I called numerous times, only got to actually talk to a representative twice and was told a supervisor would call me back within 1 to 2 hours. I waited ALL DAY. Still no call. Sent emails, text messages WITH picture attachments to show them the damage. Still ...NO CONTACT from this company. I told them my husband is disabled and we are senior citizens and can't crawl under the house to fix this issue that their Tech did. $750 for this? I also told them i'm stopping payment if not addressed. Last attempt to contact via phone, I got through then recieved a message saying "this number no longer in service"!

Desired outcome: Apology would be nice, also refund for not providing services promised and cost to hire someone to fix thier mistake.
Environmental Air Specialists are scammers. The technicians did a horrible job. They even skipped some vents and lied said they did. They are completely untrustworthy. Called and texted company to no avail. They are a scam company.
Had to take grandson to work and they left before I returned. A duct register was left off and still full of debris. Furnace did not work . Found out that they did not turn it back on. Could not talk to anyone. No responses from the numbers they gave. Tried for days. They disappeared in Facebook. Chris Corydon and Zack were the names used in adds. Do not use them.
They are scammers! Looked in ducts, reported I had mold that they could treat for $1,200 on the spot. They lied, had an air tester in and zero mold. Scammers that don't care about elderly or Veterans. They scam equally.
Just used them tried to get 300$ for mold control said I couldn’t afford it then 100$ walked around with gallon sprayer and sprayed? into vents checked dryer vent after they left still had tons of lint I couldn’t stop payment on check fastest enough Scammers
