Called the Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit to inquire about forms I'd received for a vehicle rented at LGA. There was no new damage upon return of the vehicle that it didn't already have when I rented it. The damage in question was something I'd even mentioned to the agent assisting me at the rental location. My call to the Damage Recovery Unit was answered by an representative name Forest. She was dismissive of my questions, would interrupt and not let me finish speaking, did not want to allow me to ask additional questions. She seemed to want to recite her protocols, but not allow me any clarification. I found her combative, dismissive, and quite rude. She insisted that I would have gotten a damage summary report via email, of which I did not receive, and said that it would be the fault of my email provider... although I'd received EVERY other piece of correspondence from them (all generic cover pages/forms with no specifics).

I eventually called back, and spoke with a different representative (Jannine) who was wonderful! She was very helpful in getting me the information I was looking for, and not at all combative like the prior rep. I received the information I needed via email from her, and everything has been squared away.
