I purchased an ad pack in October with engineseeker from an account manager that had been there for several years I had a very good business relationship with him and he helped me with several smaller marketing packages. He said if I spent 1200 bucks and used their service, which meant shutting down my account with my other marketing campaign provider that he would do whatever it takes to keep me happy if my web activity dropped, i.e. give me free fast traffic etc. Well less than 6 months later I am seeing a decline in my website activity I called and my account manager is no longer there. My new account manager is less than helpful and said he could set me up with another program… well why would I want to spend more money if you are not able to keep my last account managers word or give me the activity that I thought I was buying. I asked when my fast traffic expired and he said go into your account and you can see when your fast traffic expired and that he didn’t know. I asked him if I can change my key words and he said yes you can do that, but I was unaware of this because in the past the system didn’t let me there was a glitch. I will never pay them again for anything over 10 buck a month because they can't keep their word. With my last account manager I had nothing but praises but it obviously appears not all their employees were as competent as the one I started off with. I have nothing but a sour feeling as I talked this company up to get my employer to switch over.
