EMS Shipping review: Grote guitar

Since August they have been saying they're sending me a guitar and every time they do it never gets there it comes all the way into America I follow the shipping points about 10 times and then they lose it in delivery but delivery driver loses it the past three times in a row the first time they said they delivered it and it was not there they said they were going to give me a refund and now I looked and it said the package was out for delivery yesterday I was home all day they said there was no recipient that was a lie...
