Elemental Plumbing review: House repiping

This company repiped our house with flex piping. We contacted them several times during the work when we found out they hadn't pulled a permit. This is the last correspendence we have had with them:

I received your message and wanted to let you know that we are still awaiting our business tax receipt which is a required document for registration. As soon as we receive this we will register and pull the permit. My apologies for the delay and we will contact you as soon as we have all the documents.

Years later and they will not return our emails nor our calls.
