Edward Jones Financial Advisor: Georffrey DelBene review: Conduct regarding personal real estate deals and condo hoa relationships

An investor (who is an Edward Jones Financial Advisor) began aggressively investing in units at our condo building and after owning only a couple months ran for a seat on the BOARD of DIRECTORS. He claimed he would be a fiduciary to other owners just as he does in his Financial Planner business. He was unsuccessful in getting on the BOD but continued to purchase MORE UNITS (He currently owns 4 of the 31 units) and began insulting current BOD members and trying to force his IDEAS of converting our Shared Rental Program to an OWNER RENTAL PROGRAM. He claimed Everybody would make more $$, etc. He spread false numbers, ideas, processes, etc. and took over control of a 5-person committee to express his OWN opinion rather than the full committee. He has conducted himself in many unethical ways to spread disinformation to other owners for PERSONAL GAIN. What can we do to STOP his belligerent behavior and his attempt to ruin our Condo association for other owners? He has one unit for sale but wants to have the MAJORITY vote for his ideas and control association business. He did this same thing about 2 years ago with a building just down the street from us.
