I schedule a car reservation at easyjet car rental on February 6, 2023 with the number GB692476720 to rent a fiat 500 from February 7 11 p.m. to February 13 11 p.m. at Edinburgh airport, I sign an agreement with CarTrawler for 122,96€ in which I decide the level of risk that I want to assume by paying the corresponding rate of 122,96€ with Mastercard debit card, I go to pick up the vehicle at Easyrent Drivalia 3 queen Anne Dr. Newbridge EH28 8LH on February 8 at nine in the morning and attended by branch staff Mr. Graeme who asks me for my passport, driver's license and a credit card to cover the franchise. I´m not informed that I am going to sign a new rental agreement (relax protection) and the amount of 174 pounds is debited in my credit card, a contract received later by email that I didn´t sign which I attach a copy as proof of this, with Rental agreement number 2854420, therefore I consider that the branch staff Mr. Graeme had bad faith when using my card without addittional explanations for an addittional protection but not for guaranty (franchise) or deposit in case of accident, level of risk and liabilities previously decided in EasyJet booking as Standard Rate with no extra charges, thus I´ve never signed to set my excess liability to zero, you will not find my signature in the document because I didn´t sign. Consider please my age (62) and my basic level of English being attended by a branch staff in an extreme hurry when nobody is in the waiting room at 9am.
Desired outcome: Please, for the reasons described above, I request the cancellation of the charge of 174 pounds in my Mastercard credit card or, if applicable, the total refund due to default in the contract and lack of ethics from the branch staff side.
