Horrible products, rotten customer service and support. Tried to advertise free HD video player that was a cheap toy and wont support any of their products. Do not waste your money buying their crap!

I bought this dvd fab 9 on april 11 2013. Can't downloaded. registration code does not work. can't contact anybody, no phone. Sent e-mails and nobody answered. Please can you help me? Paid 29.95 for the product.

You should contact Bluesnap.com company formerly known as Plimus, the person under the e-mai account dvdfabnet@gmail.com had been illegally licensing this software that is rightfully owned by Fengtao Software. Bluesnap / Plimus should refund the amount paid to this fraudulent company. The more pepole we get to complain will increase our chances to recover the monies paid.
