The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I want to complain your staff named cerry john diano for being rude and being
Conceited. He is not a good example for the staff. The status of his personal life is affecting also with other colleagues. If you will not remove him from work I will make a complain to the labor.

He is an indecent man and husband. So better demote him or remove him.
He is a good liar. So please remove him before I make a complain to labor.

its already resolve. I dont want to complain anymore. Just continue his work with duty free. Thank you.
