Dr. Lee Walker uses products for his dental implants that cause serious problems, they migrate, contaminate other teeth, and end up trying to push out next to your gum and cheek area. He does sinus lifts that create sinus problems that will be with you the rest of your life. He pushes the company products of 3i and gives
classes on their use. The guy is interested in your money, not in your well being. Be careful.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Wow really surprised at these poor comments. Dr Walker gave me an implant 13 years ago. Every dentist that I've seen since then has admired the implant and told me it was beautiful work. Now its time for another implant and I wouldn't go to anyone other than Dr Walker. So sorry to hear the problems that are reported but my experience was nothing but positive...and very little pain!
Dr. Walker did an implant on me that left about 1/8 - 1/4 inch of the metal showing. He suggested my dentist cover the gap with the final cosmetic tooth. That would have looked ridiculous, a tooth being that much longer into the gumline, visible when I smile? I then went to a national specialist who fixed the problem with gum surgery. This new specialist also mentioned that Dr. Walker had used an implant screw cap that was too large.
I cannot believe you can be talking about Dr.Walker in Los Gatos. I have found him to be kind, courteous and gentle. He does listen to what his patients have to say. His surgery rooms are steralized after every patient. I have found his staff to be polite, friendly and caring.
Over and above all of that, I think it is disgusting to accuse him of using rusted equipment. The man is an eminent physician not an idiot! Nobody in this day and age and especially in such a litigious area as Silicon Valley would use sub standard equipment. I think imaginations are getting way over excited and making things up.
It is made quite clear to the patient that on occasion implants don't always work. The choice is yours! It is very sad, and hard to lose several thousand dollars on a treatment that didn't work. I know i would be upset. But sometimes your body will just reject something.
I am sorry for those who feel they have suffered an infection etc., but don't write such libelous, ignorant comments.
I had to quit my job, because I was in constant pain, had persistent untreated infections, swollen face and lips after the surgeries performed by Dr. Lee Walker. he even did not prescribe a mouth wash or gave post-op instructions. When I complained about pain, numbness and swollen face, Dr. Walker ignored me, told me pain was normal and offered no treatment for 6 months until the jar bone became to disintegrate from infection and pus. I am relatively young and very healthy never had infections before I started treatment at Dr. Walker clinic. Now my young and beautiful face is all skrewed up and I am looking for another doctor to fix all the infections and pain. I feel unfortunate that I have started treatment at his clinic and spent over $30K. The results are terrible plus I lost my job.
I totally agree with the negative review of Lee Walker. I had bone graft, sinus lift and 7 implants. Ended up with serious bone infections and lost feelings in my lips. Lee Walker does not care about you or your infections, all he cares is your money. He used dirty and rusty instruments for surgeries that might contributed to my infections, his nurses are rude and incompetent. It is impossible to reach him in case of medical emergencies and complications after the surgeries. His front desk scheduler gave me medical consultations after I had complications, and when I asked her what was her medical degree, she said that she had none. Nevertheless she told me that I could not use antibiotics for serious infections because implants may come out. The front desk scheduler denied antibiotic prescriptions.
totally agree...my implant came out of my mouth after months of being ill! I lost thousands on this. He is a real creep and is only concerned with money.
