Dr. Summers put in two implants. Both of the implants failed. It was a very painful and expensive experience. He was very rude to me when the implants failed. I later found out from a neighbor that her husband's implant failed from Dr. Summers also. I can not afford to pay $6500.00 for failed dental procedures.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This obviously is a made up disgruntled person. I have had nothing but great experiences at Dr. Summers office. I have seen him for over 20 years and have had multiple implants. All were placed successfully and virtually pain free. He and is office have always treated me fairly and with respect and i highly recommend his services to anybody in need .
