Ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes some 9 weeks ago. Have been sending them complaints via their website. 5 weeks ago, they "Finally" contacted me saying that they guaranteed I would receive my order within a week. Still nothing over a month later.
I received a previous order from them, which took 5 weeks to get to me, just last week.
I also ordered from them and did not receive the cigarettes within the specifed time frame. I refused to accept delivery and cancelled the charge. They in turn "blacklisted" me on their website. The cigarettes were returned to them and they act like I accepted the shipment and didn't pay for them, acting as if I had stolen them. And they continue to e-mail me for additional business! Go figure.
