I have so many complaints. Let's start with 3 and right now is the date of 1st one.

Can not get thru on the phone and the only way to communicate w this company. I have a card that doesn't work and bills to pay. It says to call and they have not had phones on for 24hrs. It hangs up on you. I can not get on the online or app.

The card they sent me when I had $120 taken from my acct. Reported and somehow denied I believe. Don't know can't talk to anyone from a fraud on 2/3 at 10:30 pm. My card was found and given back to me but used in 30 minute window they had it. I know who took it where it was used, a police report, and direct express cancel my working card in my possession. They charged me to send one. Took about a week. The chip has never worked. I called and someone told me "well they just sent you one they won't send another" WHAT,? I LOST IT CUSSED HUNG UP ON., I also have called about my $120.00 I want put ony card. Can't get thru. During this I was recovering from COVID. Pneumonia, blood clots legs lungs and other pressing issues. A housing voucher about to expire, bottle feeding kittens and so when I try to call and find out my info not received and told to fax, misplace fax #, cannot find it ANYWHERE ONLINE. ANYWHERE, I again send info. And when I call to tell them I find out already determined the outcome and they transfer me. I wait an hour and try again. I have 3 major problems. One I need to know who to contact about getting my claim taken and done properly. I am being denied my fed protected INS on my card I believe in bad as hell faith. I am seeing hundreds of comment s of people having same problem. Who is in charge of slapping the hell out of these people. Get after it, you are failing every person who should be treated fair and AT LEAST BE ABLE TO CALL D EXPRESS AND KNOW HOW LONG THE WAIT IS SO THEY CAN PLAN THIER DAY. IS IT 5IN OR 5 HOURS. ITS PRETTY DAMN simple to program and if they need info back in10 days then they need to send it faster than 10 days. They need to make calls, need to be able to have a way to get our money or info on why can't get it. Need to have a way besides 888 # to get ahold of tech or app services and open 24/7? They haven't taken a call. I've been calling all night morning. Can't use my card v

Can't get my $, can't get my fraudulent charge put back on. It's simple. I can't get my $ refunded for sending me a card that doesn't work right and a new one. It is rediculous it is made so difficult and I know for a fact that I could have still been sitting on the phone on hold wherever they sente. I went thru that crap before and they pulled the same things and then send you to the never answering line after sending a note saying a determination had been made and to call. WHAT?
