Didsbury plumbing and heating installed a boiler for us that came with a 7 warranty. Within one year of installation the boiler stopped working and started to leak. We contacted Didsbury heating and plumbing and they told us they would attend, they never turned up. We rang them again and again and when we did get through we would be told that they would attend again. They have not attended yet and they have said they would do on numerous occasions. It is nearly a month since the boiler broke and Didsbury plumbing and heating have still not come round to fix the problem.

Didsbury Plumbing and Heating fitted our boiler a year ago. Still working although not as well as it was. Tried to book in for service which it needs anyway but is required for extended warranty. First time they answered and said would call us back which they didn't. Chased them and booked in a slot which they failed to show up for. Have called, left voicemails and texts and haven't got back to us. Rude and unreliable.

Totally agree with the above comments. EA fault two years after installation. Kept giving us days when they would attend but never turned up. Appears they want the installation of the product but not interested in after care.
