Didsbury plumbing and heating installed a boiler for us that came with a 7 warranty. Within one year of installation the boiler stopped working and started to leak. We contacted Didsbury heating and plumbing and they told us they would attend, they never turned up. We rang them again and again and when we did get through we would be told that they would attend again. They have not attended yet and they have said they would do on numerous occasions. It is nearly a month since the boiler broke and Didsbury plumbing and heating have still not come round to fix the problem.
